From: POAHacklewood Hill Country House is situated in the old part of Walmer, one of the upmarket suburbs of Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. This luxurious hotel is a heritage site, as it was built in 1898 and is one of only a handful of Victorian Manor Houses still left in Port Elizabeth. The location is such that almost all Port Elizabeth attractions can be reached within ten minutes.
There are eight elegant, individually decorated rooms to choose from. Every room is unique and painted in different pastel colors. All the rooms are spacious and elegant, with large en suite bathrooms. The bathrooms offer freestanding ball-and-claw bathtubs, separate showers, and heated towel rails, making it the perfect place to relax.
