Harbour House Hotel is in the coastal town of Hermanus in the Overberg region. The hotel is ideally located for you to enjoy the many activities in this part of South Africa. It overlooks the old Harbour and Walker Bay, renowned for the excellent whale watching it offers from June to November. Hermanus can be reached from Cape Town in an hour and a half.

Rooms

The hotel has three parts: The Manor House, the New Wing, and the Harbour Square. The rooms in the manor house are spacious, with king-size beds, modern bathrooms, and a patio. The New Wing comprises mini apartments with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, bar, and lounge area. Harbour Square has tastefully decorated rooms with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies.

Facilities

One of the most popular attractions when visiting Hermanus is the beaches, ranging from boulder-strewn to fine and sandy. The town is famous for whale-watching opportunities. You can observe the whales from land, but there are also boat trips that allow guests to get up close and personal with these massive marine mammals.
