After evaluating the initial proposal, the sales consultant can discuss any questions, additions, or changes with you. They will then send updated proposals and communicate with you until you are happy with the proposed package.
Once you indicate that you wish to book the custom service, we confirm all relevant accommodation and other bookings with various suppliers. We will then send you a reservation document confirming the services booked, after which a deposit payment is required, either by credit card or transfer. Forty-five days before you arrive in Southern Africa, a final payment is required.

If you booked a custom private tour, you will be escorted throughout by one of our knowledgeable guides.
